How do I know my size
On the website there is a Measurement Table under Info/Size, really simple, which is the best way to find out the right size, bearing in mind that the objective of the product is to massage, not to squeeze. For sizes above large, there will be an extra charge of 20% on the final value.
How do I wear inserts (undergarment pads)?
The post operative inserts are worn inside the compression garment in contact with the skin, optimising lymphatic drainage and preventing unwanted creases and marks to the treated area. The compression plaque decreases dead space and facilitates the retraction of the skin post detachment, i.e. liposuction and/or abdominoplasty. The abdominal inserts can be worn vertically or horizontally depending on the area treated. For other styles, follow the items information below each product on our website.
Why should I place Yoga®️ pressure garment in the fridge for 30 minutes? and what happens if it stays in longer than 30 minutes?
This action is very important and should be done every day after washing and drying your product. Yoga textile has in its composition a stretching fiber that contours the body, suiting you perfectly. If you wash it and don’t place it in the fridge after drying, the fabric will become loose. Hence, if you place it in the fridge, this fiber will rehydrate becoming soft, coming back to the normal state. This will give the necessary compression to “treat” your body, and besides that, the product will have an even longer life.
Placing your garment in the fridge for over 30 minutes will not harm the product. It will not modify anything more than already explained above.
Is there any relation between Yoga®️ brand and Yoga practice?
No. However as a practice, Yoga provides several benefits in a healthy and natural way, with balance and well-being, improving the elegance, health and beauty of the body.
Is it possible to adjust Yoga Compression Garment?
Yes. We offer this service. Please, do not attempt to adjust our brand garments elsewhere as we use a special thread supplied by Yoga®️ manufacturer which has the required elasticity to avoid marking the body and damaging the suppleness of the garment. We recommend having more than one garment in order to have a clean one ready at all times.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will immediately receive an email with a detailed summary of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your shipping tracking number. We will also send updates regarding the status of your order, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Other than that, you can login into your online account and track your order(s).

What are our returns and exchange policy?
You may return unworn products within 15 days of purchase to qualify for a refund and up to 30 days for an exchange. Products should have all tags attached and their original packages.
For Hygiene reasons, panties can no longer be returned for a refund or exchange, except where genuine quality issues have been identified.
Please fill out the form for exchanges and/or returns that you received with your order and send it with the product(s) you are returning. If you lost this form please, contact us so we can send you a printable form via e-mail. If possible, please attach a copy of the original invoice received with your order.
Please indicate if you just want a refund or if you would like an exchange. If you decide to exchange one or some products, please make sure you write down the new product information.
If you would like to order new extra items, you may do so by listing them on the form.
As soon as we receive the articles, we will send back the new order or we will refund the money to your credit card.
If the total amount of the new order exceeds the original transaction, we will charge the remaining and the shipping charge to your credit card. On the other hand, if the total value of the new order is less than the original transaction, we will make a refund to your credit card.
Delivery and Handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning products where quality issues have been identified we will refund the shipping charges.

No. We only accept returns and exchanges through by post, together with an online returning/exchange form.
